The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

1. Member: a user who agrees to the Site's terms, provides personal information to register, enters into a service agreement with the Site, and uses the Site.

2. Service Agreement: the agreement entered into between the Site and a Member in connection with use of the Site.

3. Member ID ("ID"): a unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member to identify the Member and enable use of the service.

4. Password: a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the Member to confirm that the Member matches the assigned ID and to protect the Member's interests.

5. Operator: the operator who establishes and runs the website providing the service.

6. Termination: a Member's cancellation of the Service Agreement.

Article 3 Rules Outside These Terms

The Operator may separately announce operating policies as needed, and where these Terms and an operating policy overlap, the operating policy shall take precedence.

Article 4 Formation of the Service Agreement

1. The Service Agreement is formed by the consent of a person who registers as a Member and wishes to use the Site to the content of these Terms, together with the Operator's acceptance of the application.

2. A person who registers as a Member to use the service indicates consent to these Terms by reading them at the time of application and selecting "I Agree" below.

Article 5 Application for Service Use

1. A user who registers as a Member to use the Site must provide the information requested by the Site (user ID, password, nickname, etc.).

2. A Member who fails to register genuine information, such as by stealing another person's information or registering false information, may not assert any rights in connection with use of the Site and may be punished under applicable law.

Article 6 Privacy Policy

The Site and the Operator do not hold the password among the personal information provided at registration, and related matters follow the Site's Privacy Policy.

The Operator endeavors to protect Members' personal information, including registration information, in accordance with applicable law.

Protection of Members' personal information follows applicable law and the Privacy Policy established by the Site.

However, the Operator bears no responsibility for information exposed due to reasons attributable to the Member.

Where a Member registers or distributes unlawful content that harms public morals or violates national security, the Operator may, upon request of relevant authorities, review the Member's data and submit it to such authorities.

Article 7 Obligations of the Operator

1. Where the Operator deems an opinion or complaint raised by a Member to be justified, it shall handle it as promptly as possible. If prompt handling is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator shall do its best by subsequently posting a notice or sending a message or email to the Member.

2. To provide a continuous and stable Site, the Operator may require the Site to repair or restore facilities without delay when they fail or are lost. However, the Operator may temporarily suspend operation of the Site in cases of force majeure or unavoidable reasons relating to the Site or Operator.

Article 8 Obligations of the Member

1. Members shall comply with these Terms, the various rules, notices, and operating policies set by the Operator, matters announced by the Site, and applicable law, and shall not engage in acts that interfere with the Site's operations or harm the Site's reputation.

2. Without the Site's express consent, Members may not transfer or gift their right to use the service or other status under the Service Agreement to a third party, nor offer it as collateral.

3. Members must exercise considerable care in managing their ID and password, and may not allow a third party to use their ID without the consent of the Operator or the Site.

4. Members shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or any third party.

Article 9 Service Hours

1. Service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special operational or technical issues. However, the Site may temporarily suspend service on dates or times set by the Site for regular inspection, expansion, or replacement of systems; suspensions due to scheduled work will be announced in advance on the Site, so please check periodically.

Article 10 Termination of Service Use

1. A Member who wishes to terminate the Service Agreement with the Site must apply for de-registration online in person. Separately from termination of Site use, termination of the Service Agreement must be done separately.

2. Upon application for termination, the Site-related programs provided by the Site are automatically deleted from the member management screen, so the Operator can no longer view the applicant's information.
